The Information Management Division (IMD) administers the DoD Forms, Information Collection/Reporting, and Regulatory Programs and is the lead agent for the E-Rulemaking Initiative, the Federal Docket Management System, as part of the Regulatory Program. IMD establishes procedures and policies for reviewing and approving requirements in these functional areas and maintains a web site to access forms and reporting requirements inventories. This provides links to the DoD (DD) Forms Inventory, Secretary of Defense (SD) Forms Inventory, other forms for DoD users not provided elsewhere, the Monthly Update to the forms inventories, the DoD Forms Points of Contact, other high-use DoD Forms sites, and DoD Forms publications, as well as frequently requested sites. Collection of standardized data from ten of more members of the public on an annual basis that requires approval by OMB under the requirements of the PRA unless such information collection falls under an exception to the PRA. See Chapter 3 of DoD 8910.1-M.
