TITLE:  DoD 6055.09-STD, "DoD Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards," February 29, 2008, Incorporating Change 2, August 21, 2009

SUMMARY:   This Standard establishes uniform safety standards applicable to ammunition and explosives throughout their life-cycle, to protect associated personnel and property, unrelated personnel and property, and the environment from the potential damaging effects of an accident involving ammunition and explosives.
