TITLE: DoD Instruction 1342.27, "Personal Financial Management for Service Members", November 12, 2004
SUMMARY: This Instruction is renumbered as 1342.27 (previously numbered 1342.17) to correct an administrative oversight. It implements policy, assigns responsibility, and prescribes procedures under DoD Directive 1342.17, DoD Directive 1344.7, DoD Directive 1344.9, and DoD Instruction 1342.22 for the education and training of military members in personal financial management. It also establishes a uniform approach to the education and training of Service members on personal financial management.
