TITLE:  DoD Instruction 1332.28, "Discharge Review Board (DRB) Procedures and Standards", April 4, 2004

SUMMARY: This Instruction:  

• Issues uniform procedures and standards for the review of discharges under the authority of DoD Directive 1332.41, "Boards for Correction of Military Records (BCMRs) and Discharge Review Boards (DRBs)," March 8, 2004, Section 1553 of title 10, United States Code, and Section 5303 of title 38, United States Code.  
• Provides for public inspection, searching, and downloading of DRB decisional documents through the DoD Boards' Electronic Reading Room.
