(Due to extreme state-wide budget cuts, the VA State Library Tour scheduled in conjunction with MLW 2002 Friday, Dec 6, 2002 has been cancelled.)* MLW 2002 Host, Carol Ramkey, has arranged for a tour of Monticello, Home of Thomas Jefferson, the new Jefferson Foundation Library with buffet lunch at the historic Michie Tavern. The bus will depart the Omni Richmond Hotel at 8 a.m. and return at approximately 5 p.m.** Cost for this all-day event is $30 per person which includes entrance fees, lunch, tax and gratuities. LexisNexis has graciously underwritten the cost of the bus. Go to the MLW 2002 Registration Page and add the Monticello Tour. You will owe an additional $30 at the MLW Registration table in Richmond.
