DTIC provides valuable technical information to small technology companies engaged in early-stage R&D projects for the Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

NOTE: You do not need to have a grant or contract to work with DTIC. Your demonstrated interest in performing research & development (R&D) for DoD or another federal agency allows access to our public release materials. If you are already participating in any SBIR, STTR, or other DoD or federal R&D effort, register as a contractor for enhanced access.
