Abstract : This research paper is an analytical study of cultural dimensions of military operations, focusing on the challenges faced by military institutions in their efforts to incorporate cultural dimensions in their doctrine and implement possible training methods and models, in order to meet the challenges of the current and future operational environments. Furthermore, the interactions and interdependencies between language proficiency, cultural expertise and cognitive-behavioral aspects Cross Cultural Competencies model provides a way to augment an integrated training approach with language-related and cross-cultural concepts that can support and enhance the efficiency of military training through methods, evaluation systems and metrics.
