Abstract : This report describes the research completed by Florida International University on military collaboration. The research first reviewed and generated a literature review on collaboration. The research created an agent-based simulation model named the Team Coordination Model to study collaboration between a group of people on a defined job or mission. The agent-based model was used to study military operations in an urban terrain scenario. Additionally, we developed statistical tools to analyze social networks to uncover collaboration patterns.
