Abstract : Abstract: 3D printing of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) and styrene ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) is usedto demonstrate the feasibility of 3D-printed millimeter wave(mmW) components. The dielectric properties of the twomaterials are characterized at mmW frequencies and showproperties comparable to rexolite. A bandpass filter, whichcan be inserted into WR-28 waveguide, is designed andmeasured, showing good agreement with simulation.Additionally, a dielectric lens is printed which improves theantenna gain of an open-ended WR-28 waveguide from 7 to8.5 dBi.
